Jokes asides, I still use the Solid Project for today (it works perfectly well with Asurah's Reanimation Pack) which is a mod that is not available anymore, and I'm glad that I still have it in my HD. Or at least, ask someone for the mod, lol. The mod author can't touch your harddrive, and as long as you don't share it without permission, you're perfectly free to keep it forever once you download it. So I'll say something I've said several times before in related discussions: back up your mods.

The thing is, back when I looked into this stuff, I was never able to dig up a EULA for the GECK. Unless I'm mistaken, mods are subject to the EULA of the game's creation kit.
